Built for criminal-defense evidence review

Spend the first meeting on the defense, not the paperwork.

AccusationDefender AI gives your clients a branded intake link, turns their evidence into a structured defense-oriented review, and lets them share it with you under their control, with the original material still attached.

Month-to-month. AccusationDefender AI is case-preparation software, not a law firm, legal advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.

Grounded in the record

Each analysis keeps the client's original evidence attached for verification.

Processed, not stored

Zero Data Retention for analyses, end-to-end encrypted AI, and account-scoped access to anything you save.

Made for client work

Branded intake, a multi-client workspace, and controlled sharing on the Attorney plan.

The intake problem

Your clients bring the facts. We help bring order.

Criminal-defense evidence rarely arrives in one clean file. It arrives as screenshots transcribed into messages, long text threads, reports, statements, and last-minute context, often all at once.

  1. 01

    Scattered intake

Give prospective clients one branded link for the facts, dates, charges, and urgent issues, instead of rebuilding the matter from calls and email.

  2. 02

    Walls of raw text

Police reports, text threads, witness statements, and bodycam transcripts arrive as pasted text. The analyzer turns them into a structured defense review.

  3. 03

    Hard-to-audit AI

Every analysis keeps the original evidence attached, so you can check each point against what the client actually supplied.

  4. 04

    Uncontrolled handoffs

Clients share a single analysis through a read-only link with an optional password, an expiry, a view count, and one-click revocation.

How it works

A cleaner path from client intake to attorney review.

AccusationDefender AI supports preparation and review. It does not replace your firm's conflict checks, engagement process, legal research, or filing system.

  1. 01

    Send an intake link

Create a link with your firm name, logo, color, and welcome message. Clients submit their narrative, key dates, charges, and pasted evidence. No account needed.

  2. 02

    Triage in one workspace

Submissions land in your Attorney workspace. Filter by status or intake link, search by client or charge, and mark matters new, reviewing, or closed.

  3. 03

    Analyze the record

Send an intake straight to the analyzer for a defense-oriented review: credibility issues, evidentiary angles, motions, cross-examination questions, and discovery gaps.

  4. 04

    Review what clients share

Analyses clients share to your email appear under “Shared with you” until they expire or the client revokes access.

For your practice

Built for the way smaller defense teams work.

Start with one matter. Build a repeatable client-preparation workflow without a long implementation or an enterprise contract.

Solo defense attorneys

A repeatable intake and first-pass evidence review without adopting a large practice-management platform.

Small defense firms

Keep new intakes and client-shared analyses visible across an active caseload.

Public defense & legal aid

Give clients a consistent way to organize facts and records before the first attorney meeting.

Clinics & pro bono programs

Standardize early case preparation, with each account's saved information kept separate.

These describe product fit. They don't imply endorsement or adoption by any organization, or promise staffing or time savings.

Attorney seats

Professional tools without an enterprise rollout.

Everything in Pro, plus a shared firm workspace, branded client intake, and controlled sharing. Each seat is a separate login, and every additional seat costs less. Month-to-month: add or remove seats any time.

Security & grounding

Sensitive case material deserves clear safeguards and clear limits.

We describe the controls we have implemented. We don't present internal practices as third-party certification.

Protected in transit and at rest

HTTPS for every connection, and saved matters are kept in encrypted managed database storage.

User-scoped access

Row-level security scopes intakes, analyses, and share links to the account that owns them.

Zero Data Retention by default

Analyses and AI Legal Advisor conversations run in memory on end-to-end encrypted models and aren't stored unless the user saves them. The model provider never sees plaintext case details.

Client-controlled sharing

Clients choose what to share, set an expiry from 24 hours to 90 days, and can revoke a link without deleting anything.

Review discipline

Built to be reviewed, not blindly trusted.

AccusationDefender AI helps organize the record and surface review points. You remain responsible for checking the sources, the law, strategy, and the final work product.

Source before conclusion

Open the client's original evidence next to the analysis instead of relying on a summary.

Clear about uncertainty

The analysis flags gaps and questions to investigate rather than presenting guesses as facts.

Human review stays final

Every AI-assisted analysis is a draft for your review before any use.

FAQ

Questions defense teams should ask.

Is AccusationDefender AI a practice-management system?

No. It covers client intake, evidence analysis, and controlled sharing. It does not replace your conflict checks, engagement letters, calendaring, billing, or document management.

Does it provide legal advice or replace attorney review?

No. It is case-preparation software, not a law firm. Every analysis is AI-assisted output that you must verify against the sources, the law, and your professional judgment before relying on it.

What can clients and attorneys submit?

Clients use an intake link for contact details, state, charges or allegations, incident and court dates, urgent issues, a narrative, and pasted evidence text. In the analyzer, attorneys can upload PDF and Word (.docx) files of up to about 250 pages per analysis. The text is extracted in memory and the file isn't stored. Scanned PDFs and photos of documents are read with OCR directly in your browser, so the file never leaves your device (handwriting reads poorly). Audio and video aren't supported yet.

How does seat pricing work?

The first seat is $49/month, and each additional seat costs $5 less ($45, $40, $35) down to $30 per seat from the fifth seat on. Each seat adds monthly credits to the firm's shared pool (150, 135, 120, 105, then 90 per seat; an analysis uses 2 credits, an Advisor message 1), and top-ups of 100 credits are $35. Every seat includes the shared firm workspace, branded intake links, advanced analysis, the AI Legal Advisor, PDF export, and controlled share links. Billing is month-to-month; the firm owner can add or remove seats or cancel any time.

Which jurisdictions does the analysis cover?

The analyzer takes a U.S. state for every review and is tuned most deeply for Colorado criminal matters, including domestic-violence cases.

Do you claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification?

No. We describe the controls we have implemented and do not claim third-party certifications we don't hold.
